Nah nothing in particular, just that there's no pre-organised events on and its fairly costly so the only way it's viable is to hire the whole thing out on a day that suits a heap of forum (and possibly non forum members) to try bring the costs down. I'm going to be sticking with Gentech, it's all booked in now but out of all the work I'm getting done theres about $7-8k and Gentech will be getting about $3ish of it. I like the idea of them being so close and they've been great so far but yea for many people its definitely well worth it travel out of town for a tune

I had a mate that had a yello sp 20 mazda 3 and he had these reflective flames that only came up in the light or with photo's with a flash, that was alright. Not sure how it would work on black though.. Just get a mate with photoshop to give it a crack for you?

Yea see a lower ethanol content that is still consistent would be fine, I'm just concerned that it fluctuates so much here. I might ask to see the tuner's specific data and what he does with his car. He might adjust his tune every month or so to account for changes in the mix Then might send Caltex an email and see what they say. Still 3 months away from being tuned so plenty of time to sort my chit out and decide to run it or not

Have you tested your eflex at all rednose? As mentioned its been tested between e60 and e80 here in the ACT. I'd imagine the tune would have to be backed off quite a bit to compensate for the change in ethanol content?

Excuse the ignorance but why would they de-stroke the motor? That manifold and turbo set up looks wild

Dude if you've got black everything then leave it without. Heaps of guys with gt's on here and have a look, they're so much nicer without decals. Personal opinion but keep the batmobile simple

You won't find many on here with the tool, most use atmoic. I think they just charge a deposit but then refund it when you return it if you buy their valve springs

Really? How come everyone just has the 3 tunes? I guess the only problem would be testing the fuel every time and the fact that 4 or 5 tunes might cost me a bit more. Are testers like this accurate?
