  2. Nelsonian's FG is probably the best combo to get these things to handle. If that's not good enough then sell it
  3. Yea I thought about degreaser but was a bit worried about ruining the clear coat. Don't have plastidip (at the moment) so not worried there I usually use a pressure washer but only have one in Griffith not here in Canberra with me Just saw that Iron X on the fordforum. How much did you pay mate? Waxit's site is down

Had a bit of a search but seem to be quite a few old threads on it Wanting to get new rotors with remsa pads but my wheels are hard enough to clean as it is, let alone all the extra dust from the remsas. Been looking for a good spray on/wash off brake dust cleaner that I can do every few days to keep the wheels looking good. Also don't want it to ruin the paint or coating on the wheels.   5. Was using tripod but should have used my remote to take the shots. I couldn't focus through the view finder so was using the screen and the autofocus was focusing on the questacon sign and didn't notice on the small screen, only when I blew it up on the computer. Oh well learn from your mistakes
  6. Why would you go something smaller than standard? I suggest sticking with stock wheels if they're what you're considering But if you want them, it says multistud fit so you'd have to check with taleb (who are a forum sponsor) to see if they come in the write stud pattern and offset, I'd say so though Also you shouldn't have many dramas with warranty but change the wheels over if you're worried
  7. What fuel pump are you running and how much fuel pressure? I recently had problems with my new surge and ID1000's. Had 100psi at idle and was causing the car to stall once warm, possibly something to look into, dropped it down to 55psi with a turbosmart fuel reg and so far so good for now
  8. That's using process west stepped not PWR though so not sure how well PWR cooler holds up
  9. Realised all my photos are really poorly focused! Did what I could with this one in photoshop but still only learning so still a long way off getting it right
  10. Only point going 19's over 20's is if you're going to run a higher profile. So 275/35/19 over 275/30/20. You will get more grip that way. On the front you can go between +30 and +35 in an 8.5" wide wheel safely with a 245 and most likely a 255. Even in 20's As for the rear if you want 10" wide +40, if 9.5 then you can still go +40 but can go between +35 and +40 and still fit comfortably. Also you'll get more grip out of a 275/35 than a 305/25

  13. Well there was no rain which was a plus. There was Mcinnes, Xr50turbo and myself and we just cruised around then took some photo's out the front of questacon. I won't have mine up any time soon as I want to do some editting (just learnt to use photoshop) and I'm starting to get busy with uni. Mcinnes might though

  17. Bit of a thread mine but just did my first photoshop. I realise it looks a bit over the top fake but yea just tried to learn using a lot of effects and layers

By being told nothing was wrong tuner just wanted to keep putting idle up and once got to a certain point if still stalling still wanted to try and find other problems Anyway cars getting retuned 2moro and for the first time since it was first tuned 4 weeks ago I might be able to enjoy it without worries
  19. Sooooo my car's running 100psi at idle Needless to say stage 1 fitting kit is on its way, hopefully fitted up and retuned 2moro. Not real happy that I've been driving around like this for 2 weeks and tuner kept telling me nothings wrong...
  20. Well I'm now a big maybe.. Car's going back in 2moro to have a turbosmart fuel reg installed and car is getting retuned. So if I get I back 2moro I'll come, hoping for the best

  22. ^^ Thoughts guys? I can ask my tuner to try keep more boost in it over the top end 2moro. If he says it won't hold that much boost then I'm looking at a dodgy actuator yet? And if he tries putting 16psi+ in and don't get much power gain then probably the cat?
  23. How long would that take you jet? 10 mins to unbolt, half hour to strap and do one run and 10 put back in? Just thinking what I should be paying to get him to do that!
