Take it to a ford dealer and say u only have enough to pay for half an hours labour to diagnose. They will find the problem straight away then you find and fit the parts yourself

Na not booked in as he has only just ordered the cooler. But he was hoping for end of next week. Guessing the cooler will arrive by then.

Yeah ill have to ask him whos tuning it tonight. Realistically he really wants 310rwkw but I guess he will be happy with any result after the car being standard for a year now. He'll most likely do more modes later if it doesnt reach his power goals

Well its definatly worth asking for him as a few small changes could save money and/or make more power for the money spent. When modding you would want to get the best bang for your buck wouldnt you??? What would he change to see the 300 to 310rw mark? I was leaning hin towards a rapid v2 kit or a dump and cat. What you guys think?

Just a tune itself is the best easiest mod for power. Or just buy a flash tuner and plug it in and go to 8psi tune. Its a generic tune but makes a great difference

Sounds like either induction noise. See if its louder near the filter. Or its a split hose or a clamp on the intake not tight enough
