I picked up a PW elbow this morning and it looks great, finishes off the cooler piping nicely.

I have a 2010 fg xr6 t ute and I had it originally tuned at CV and made 265.8kw with just a tune and now ive put a PW stage 2 cooler kit on it and was curious if the cooler would make any differece, so I put it on a dyno today to check before I get new injectors and a re tune from cv. It was the same make of dyno and it only made 253.8kw and they ran it in 3rd gear for that figure. Do they normally dyno run them in 3rd gear?? cheers

I had a xr8 for a couple of years,it went well but as they said the rev limiter sucks and it was pretty dangerous in the wet with no traction control! I traded it in and got a xr50 turbo ute and the fg would have blown the doors off my xr8

all done now,I havent had it re tuned yet but it picks up alot better now with the big cooler.Im going back to CV to get some bigger injectors and a retune soon.

youre right about that,I learnt a lesson alright... the PW kit went on so f#@king easily and it looks badass. I have it all hooked up and ive started the car but ill put the bumper back on in the morning

Ok so I done the right thing and just went and bought a PW stage 2 kit,just fitted the cooler and ill do the piping on saturday,cant wait!

yea it was dark in the basement carpark, I have the hot side all sorted,just need a silicone elbow to complete it but on the other side it just seems there is no chance it is ever going to line up without cutting a massive amount out of the hole for the piping. I think I made a mistake buying a second hand kit,im not chasing much power so I didnt want to go buy a proper cooler but after this fiasco I think im just gonna go buy a PW stage 2 cooler kit..

Ok so ive spent the last few hours fighting with my ute and its not working out so well, does this look right? how much bigger do you need to make the piping holes? cheers

ahh I didnt realise that.. sorry its just a stock fg intercooler and hdi kit, I have a xr50 ute with the sh*t pastic end cap cooler on it and I got this and the piping kit for $308 so I figured it was a pretty good deal until I get a proper cooler

Ok I need a bit of help,I just bought a second hand cooler and piping kit but its missing a few joiners, are the sizes mentioned the right ones?? comes with 2 silicone joiners, but will need another 3 silicone reducers. 2x2.5"-3" for either side of the intercooler and 1x2"-2.5" for the turbo to the pipe.(not 100% sure with sizes) missing 6 clamps for the silicone hoses what exactly do I need?? cheers

I bought a xr50t ute and the aircon didnt work by the time I got it home, I took it back and they changed some O ring on the compressor and it worked again,for about 3 hrs and then it just blew hot air. Ive taken it back again on tuesday and they still havent fixed it,they rang today and said it wont be ready till next tuesday cause they are waiting for a part to come in and they asked if I could leave it there cause they have taken the dash out. Not happy! should I hit them up for some freebies?

I had my xr50t ute custom tuned and made 246rwkw stock and after the tune it went to 270rwkw and it feels like a different car.

I have had mine for 2 months now I havent received anything,only thing I got was a dud air con that doesnt work and I took it back and it worked for about 3hrs after and now it doesnt work again!
