  3. I live just down the road too!! :sungum:
  4. Jet, I will be interested to see how your mate goes. Paul knows his sh*t, so shouldnt be a problem. Is your mate new down here, or has he been here for a while. A name???, I may know him, or of him. Paul is a born and bred local, I grew up with his father. Good young lad. Whens it being done??
  5. If the tuner is going to do your valve springs, wont take much to do the injectors as well, as he will have half the bits off anyway.
  6. How often do Heathcote run?? Been there a couple of times over the years.
  7. Why is it a local track like Portland can run well, and with good support, and a city track folds??? Is it the owners in Adelaide(not the promoter) that is the problem?? Same owner, same reason Calder doesnt run well.
  8. Run 10s with baby in seat, and Fluff as passenger :sungum:
  9. My APS system passes a noise test in SA. Dont know the reading though. Standard dump.
  10. Yeah, airbags maybe a problem. I have fitted FG XR6T seats into my BA ute. Just bolted seats to BA rails. Airbags not hooked up.
  11. You can buy a bracket kit, and 325 discs off Ebay that let you use your existing caliper. BA GTs had premium PBR. Just fitted some to my 03 XR6T ute.
  12. Lookin good. Keep up the good work. Its always good to see some peoples tallent doing these repowers.
  13. Tell them what to do, or where to go??? that's why I asked the question, he seems to be on here all the time. How dare you make a preggo woman do all the work Jet. (give us your secrets)
  14. Freeze, you need to get a life Jet, get back to work!!, Fluff, get the washing and all that other housey stuff done before your man gets home after a hard day at whatever he does???? Do you actually do anything Jet??
  15. Whats with people and black f*cking wheels?? Stick with the silver IMHO. And, we dont need to know about your sexual preferences.
  16. Jet, I am not looking at swapping them to my new motor, just having a cleanout, and thought they maybe of use to someone. The stock springs in my new F6 engine will do all I want I will let you know when I am coming up next.
  17. HIRO, a trip to Handorf and Ottos bakery is a dont miss trip. that's my opinion, and I am sticking to it
  18. Hey Jet (the master tuna :sungum: ), I have GT springs in my head off my old engine. Are they worth the effort? Was gunna throw the head out, but if anyones interested, I can bring the head up next trip for a bit of fuel money.
  19. Does it have to be a yearly thing?? A bike forum I use has a rally once every 2 years. Gives people plenty of time to save, and get ready. They pick a place at random, and it goes from there.
  20. Not saying everyone. Jet, I drive mine to Adelaide a fair bit(1,000k round trip), tow my trailer, use it to go to work, and any other use I have for it.
  21. Hey yeah, I know what you mean. I have way too many cars, but would be hard to go back to one only that's for sure.
  22. Sorry to be rude, but seems most on here only drive to the tuner, and the drag strip. Doubt weather many drive on decent trips all that often. But, each to their own I say.
  23. There is more to a car than outright power. I like both my GTS, and turbo BA ute for different reasons. As a driving car, my Toyota Soarer beats both hands down.

    Remsa Pads

I know its not a Falcon, but recently put new discs, and EBC reds on my GTS. Squeal was a pain initially, but a quick trip to Adelaide via the back road thru the hills fixed that. Very pleased with the setup now. Still dust, but not over the top. Just put Bendix GCT pads in my BA ute when I fitted the PBR brakes. Havent done enough yet to comment.
  25. Good to see that you enjoy your job. Too many just go to work cos they have to, and only think of the money, not the job satisfaction. Certainly helps being in an industry that you have a passion for. How come Jets not driving a HSV???
