Looks like the way to go Don(ald) Don, I have a mate who lives in MB, may have to catch up with you one day when I am up that way. I only work part time, so do come up to Adelaide usually on a Friday. Will let you know when up that way.

Wasnt being rude Don(or can I call you Donald seeing I am older than you ), just curious. I was told over 20 years ago if I didnt get off the tools(truck mechanic by trade) I would be in a wheel chair. Backs not good, I just do what I can these days. Try not to do any(or much) heavy lifting.

I remember being at Calder when Bluey ran 6.40, 210mph in top fuel bike. Straightest run on a bike I have ever seen. Great rider.

Window slides will be dry, and causing the glass to drag in the felt. Silicon spray in the channels will help. Mine does it too, its normal. Unless you have burnt out the motor.

My ute is tuned with HP, only BA though with F6 engine. Back when I had motor fitted, only HP available down here. Since then, Paul has now got SCT as well.

The number of Ford bogans just went up by one. Get off your high horse and read what I said. As SDP said is what I was getting at. I dont give a rats if your car is faster than mine(it probably is, but who cares) There is more to a car than outright power, or dyno numbers, or who can win the traffic light derby. And I agree, there are plenty of tossers driving Commodores, but plenty driving Fords as well. Have a good look, you may learn something.

Yeah my spelling may not be perfect(and neither is yours) Take the forced induction off both the Falcons, and what do you have? And, I was referring to my GTS v my turbo Falcon, not Expensive Daewoo and Ford in general. But you are obviously too one eyed to see past your blowoff valve.

And if Ford didnt have the turbo six, what story would you all be tossing around then? As wagnman said, any car can be an enjoyable experience if its powerfull. I enjoy my turbo for different reasons than my GTS. Yeah, the GTS is probably slower in a drag(which I dont give a rats about), but as an overall package, the Ford is a looser IMHO.

Jeez, a bit of sanity returned to the SA section. Thought for a while I was on the Vic section. Oh that's right, Foons a defector these days, so can understand the dribble.
