  1. Haha good pick up panda. My bad
  2. Haha yea I feel your pain with the break dust. It's surprising how much dust gets on them from just a short drive. Especially the front ones.

  4. I am already running a larger in tank pump but still want to put in a surge tank for the safety factor. Curious if I would require another tune afterwards or would it be good to go??
  5. Ok so I figured it out. For anyone interested in doin this it is pretty easy. Basically just connect the red wire on the PAC to switched positive off your CD player and black wire to ground. Then splice the white wire from the PAC into the red/white wire under the steering colum (do not cut this wire it also does other stuff) Once these connections are made plug the headphone jack (from the PAC) into the back of your CD player then follow the instructions to program it. My CD player is an alpine so set the dial to 1 and used version 3 to program. You can buy the PAC from eBay for about $50 if anyone is interested in having a go at it
  6. Keen to get my steering wheel controls working again and ive had one of these for a while but because they are American there is no info on the wiring connections for falcons?? So has anyone actually installed one of these themselves? Just need to kno where to tap into on the car and what wires to use on the unit. Any help would be appreciated.
  7. Booked in with hamish on the 23rd so see what he can do. Good to hear positive comments about him
  8. I bought my bf2 from a work mare, already modded pushing 345rwkw done 55000km. Still running sweet as after a track day and had quite a few thrashing every now and then. Had it for 3 years and now done 88000km. I did recently try selling it and no one wants to buy modded so decided to keep it
  9. Oh ok. Mv automatics done the service. Genuine oils used. Changed to the steel pan and filter. Was doing it before the service too. No milkshake. Would you recommend just running it on the standard tune then?
  10. Bruce Heinrich tuned it. It was all done by the previous owner who I still work with
  11. this is interesting. I was planning to do inbetween services myself on my GT every 5000 as I do on my xr6t. will it void warranty if the oil and filter is changed by myslef at home? could they even tell it has been changed?? as long as I stick with the specs I wouldnt think they would even notice
  12. hi guys ive recently had my zf service for the first time. cars a 06 BF2 done 77000km. reason for servicing it is it was slowly incresing in slip and gear changes when cold (runs fine when hot). after the service it hasnt improved at all. infact the other day on my way to work the trans was flippin out while I was just babying it while still cold. didnt know what gear it should be in and the trans ended up going into limp mode and stuck in 3rd gear. had to pull over and restart the car to clear it. ive had a tune done on the car (345rwkw) as well as the zf tune about 3 years ago and has been running fine but slowly the problem has been getting worse. out of curiosity I flashed my tune up that is the same with no trans tune (as standard) and seems to have improved it cold changes. has anyone else experience this? would it be an indication of box needing a rebuild? I would have thought I'd get more than 77K out of it??
  13. Awesome cars man. I love the plates. Looks tough on it
  14. Yea Bruce is really good with the turbos. He did my xr6t and it's been runnin a dream ever since. When I look at tuning my GT ill def be talking to him about it
