Sounds Great but im in Ballarat and workin Saturday..... I would recommend anyone that can make it to turn up... start meeting other enthusiasts./.Petrol heads..
  6. Petrol Head, Not a Rev head.... love my FG XR6T 50th anniversary. 44yrs of loving the Ford Badge.

  7. Thanks BCRO1, I reckon I might get onto Ford and see if I can get an exact number.. sometghing else I noticed it that they come with a variety of mags all of which are specific to the 50th anniversary. I purchased mine with the extra full size wheel, a bargain at $283.00 when you consider the tyres are $250.00+ ea. Enjoy yours when you get it. It sounds XLNT.
  8. Same as mine except the tow pack, I have that on the Territory. Fantastic car and too good a value. enjoy, I am mine.
  9. Just joined, FG XR6T 50th, un modded, I wait till the warranty has finished. In Delacombe.

love to go cruizin with you blokes / sheilas but I reckon I would do my lisence if I wanted to keep up, unfortunately I need it for work, I would still cruize behind and catch up at the bowsers . I would like to suggest Halls Gap & through the Grampians, drop down the Otways to Apollo Bay and follow the Great Ocean Road back to Queenscliff then return to Melbourne. Fantastic roads and the trip from Melbourne would take about six hours, eight hours stopping for photos and catching up with other XR enthusiasts. Make it a real day trip. I'll keep watching in anticipation. Regards,
  11. I am new to this stuff, I have been a FORD man all my life and was wondering if anyone knows how to find out how Many cars were made in a specific trim? eg, I have a 50th anniversary FG XR6 Turbo, 6sp Auto, in Sillouette and would love to find out how many have been produced. I was told by a dealer there are only 500 XR6 50th anniversary in Australia, but how many are the same as mine??
