What are other noticeable signs of worn upper control arm bushes? Squeaking, brake shudder ?

I had the same happen to me. I took it to ford and they replaced the whole airbag cover under warranty which houses the badge. The reason you have to change the whole thing and not just the badge is if you buy those listed on eBay for example and stick them over the existing badge, in the event of an accident and the airbag is deployed you run the risk of the badge flying off due to the force of the airbag deploying. The badge could fly off and hit you in the face and cause a serious injury.

How long have you had the Brembo's on for inorder for it to ruin the bush. I.e.. Wont that happen again by replacing them with rubber ones.

I recently did mine with a superpro swaybar. The difference is amazing. Apparently traction is somewhat compromised. I have found it difficult to confirm this as my tyres are less than half so traction is already an issue. However I would forgo the traction that is compromised for the way it now handles.

Good to see you got finally got it lowered fr33r. Looks good. I also ended up buying a superpro swaybar for the rear. From what I have been told it is new product for the FG Falcons. Wow what a difference in handling it has made. It is 2 way adjustable. Superpro use the same steel that Kingsprings use on their progressive springs. Therefore creating a lighter bar with more tension. I would highly recommend this setup as it really does stiffen up the rear end when taking corners. Can't wait for them to release the bar for the front.

Nice looking rims. With these rims you will get back at least an hour in cleaning time compared to the OEM rims.

Wait for senna_T confirmation. But the from my experience the rears will be the same whether they are HD or not (height wise) the only difference is the spring rate. The fronts however is slightly different due to the different weight of the 6T compared to the V8. The HD's do not sag and settle like the non HD's. To be honest when I ordered my fronts to sit at 345mm 6 months ago they are still at 345mm now.

My understanding is no difference in price. And Pat is correct in relation to the HD springs. I found out the hard way.

Just to mix it up a bit. Have you considered the kings HD springs. I tried the above springs myself but found them too soft(similar to standard) and the rears bottomed out a couple of times with shortened bump stops. So I changed the springs to: Custom Fronts SSSLHD minus 10mm -sits at 345mm, Rears SSLHD sits at 345mm. Even with the car fully loaded (full tank of fuel, boot completely full and 4 passengers - recent holiday) not once has the car bottomed out. If you want to compare the ride stiffness is the equivalent of Holdens FE1.5(sorry for mentioning that name). Not knowing under what conditions you will be using the car for it is worth considering. Personally since putting in the HD springs I wouldnt go back to the standard King Springs.

Yep. I tried multiple springs to get the right setup.(3 sets) The Kings HD springs due to the spring rate, especially for the front, are not designed for the six's.(King springs said this not me) They are designed for the V8 (heavier front end). If installing on the sixes you need to add an extra "S" ie SSSL to get the height where you want it. Initially I tried the SSL and the height was good but the ride I found not firm enough so I ordered the SSLHD thinking that it would sit at the same height but slightly firmer. Car sat slightly higher than standard. Then ordered a custom set of SSSL HD with an extra 10mm lower(equates to approx SSSSL HD). Each to their own, but I find the ride, although slightly firmer much better than the non HD springs. You will be surprised how much less you bottom out/scrap with the HD springs than the standard non HD springs.

Apparently the Coolerworx one does. I remember speaking to him a month or so ago and he claims that they do fit. Message him through ebay and double check.

I don't believe so rbjet. It definitely is for the FG but looking at the photos it seems to be a direct bolt on for the BA/BF aswell. The group buy is for a total of 10 or more irrespective of vehicle model.

Venom exhaust currently have a group buy on high flow cats on Ford Forums including free delivery. These high flow cats just bolt on to your existing exhaust system and don't require any welding. Might be worth having a look.
