whoops, might be helpful if I included that ay! 2005 BF XR6T Is it necessary to apply the antiseize n the washer or can you just use the torque wrench n just nip them all back up again? When is the ideal time to do it? ie when the motors stone cold, warm (switched off 3 hours ago) or when its hot?

Hey All, Just a quick question in regards to exhaust manifold torque settings - I've read that 27Nm is the recommended torque for the exhaust manifold bolts, but in the Gregories service manual I have, it recommends 40Nm for the turbo (27Nm for N/A 6) Local Ford dealer wouldnt tell me what it should be, hoping one of you kind folk will be able to shed some light as to what it should be!
