Spent a long time in Subaru world, imported part time for sideline, loved it. However, they're pretty bad for understeer which is corrected mostly by an up rated rear anti roll bar(sway bar ) . Rear seems to sort the front on them so I wonder if the falcon could benefit from this ?

Ye see, I don't want revs, I don't want to have to drop motor to do oil pump gears and after having a dc2 type R, I have no desire to rev the nuts off a motor, I don't like the feel of it and the sound isn't my cup of tea, bit like 2 stroke and 4 stroke dirt bikes or v twin over 4 cyl bikes. Prefer short shifting, Grunty power to high revs and long gearing.

I like the small turbo setup for the road, comes in hard, pulls early and has nice power. Would like a little more grunt from 2000-4000 but being picky at that. What other little tweaks can be done to get more using normal fuel, not interested in E85, do way too many Klms to be viable.

I tee off at 6.30 tomorrow, going to remove my R11 driver and go back to my ftiQ driver, I can't get rid of the fade on my R11 but it suits my bag :D Anyway, got a bit of driver/rescue yips at the moment, swing is short and snappy, driving me mad ! I don't have a problem, from my view, it looks like a rag and with my personal experience in our cars with higher mileage etc, there has been no real reason to suggest they're all sh*t because I had a drama. It's not like diff bushes that pop up all the time is it ? Anytime a person at a dealer says anything the customer doesn't like, they're clueless fukwits, one guy goes in with some marks and all leather is sh*t, he'll replace the whole lot (to customers glee) and all of a sudden he's a top bloke in the know ! yup. As I said, to me, it looks like a rag, same position in both seats, doesn't look like peel and sounds like someone has something that has caught it based on photo but hey, I couldn't give a rats ass but to say its all sh*t cos you have drama and some bloke at a dealer agreed maketh the truth not, agree ? Couple of dramas with leather doesn't mean the whole 20,000 cars fitted with leather are sh*t, its a numbers game, can you see that ? Anyway, good luck with the outcome, hope you get it replaced !

Not yet you haven't but I hope you do , it'll possibly stop you whining about the quality and grade of the leather ford use (expert ?) and your version of what peeling is supposed to look like, mine is fine, my mates G6 is, his bf Ghia is also and I am sure most others are ok too as I don't see or hear anyone whining about it often, not all the same obviously, mine has 3yrs of sun and 96000klms, not one drama...

He won't care, he'll get warranty work, good effort !

Sorry, I thought it was yours, probably because we've discussed it mostly. The fact its in the same area suggests something has caught it and ragged it but you could be right, pic isn't the best, just doesn't look like its lifting to me, looks ragged, just my observation,nothing more !

From pic dude, looks like damage from something and not peeling(unless I have NFI what peeling skin/top layer is ??) Same side on different seats ? Coincidence or ???? Leather isn't indestructible, I've left a mark like that on many a bolster with rivets on jeans, mobile phones (when they had antennas ) . Pen in pocket, screw driver also ! Looks like what I'd call a rag mark, where a semi sharp object, ie, screw driver, has dragged across the surface knocking it....ie, no peeling, peeling will be like a scab, loose, bagging and like a loose piece of skin, this looks like none of those IMHO. But your call, go to dealer, see what they say(good luck) ..oh, and If my wife done something like this, I'd never expect her to own up ! :D Ps, you can't expect to start a thread for people to back you up and agree.....if they don't..

I'd ask her what she might have in the clothing dept that may have caused it, sure looks like a rivet mark or maybe even a pen in pocket etc, certainly doesn't look like a flaw or poor leather from what I can see from your photo .

Yeah, way before limiter (think limiter was raised but haven't went in search of it, mechanical sympathy kicks in :D)

Doesn't spike is what I mean, lt comes up to 15 Then settles at 14 until about 42/4300 then fades/ stable till it drops off, don't see the confusion in it mick ?
