When was the last time you cleant the throttle body?

Yeah might head up and throw the taxi on the rollers.

You can slip a circlip over the linkage to hold it as a temporary fix until you can buy a new one. It seems to be a common problem.

Have seen good results with Hi-Torque. I'm pushing 400kw F6mark is pushing 380kw and there are a lot more with higher numbers coming out of there. Just my 2cents

I know the GTX isn't stock but he said that when I was running the stock turbo with 345kw.

I'd only take it in for a power run to see the look on his face. After all he did tell me I wouldn't make over 300kw on a stock turbo.

I had the same problem with my BF when it was around 300kw. Was hitting the rev limiter in 1st and second. I just took it back to my tuner and he bumped the rev limiter up to 6200rpm and that stopped it.

I can take it to Redline EFI and put it on there hub dyno. Should pull 450kw on there.

Finally got my GTX3582r fitted today. Made 399.8kw. Now just have to wait for this f@#%ing rain to clear up so I can test it out.

OK after fitting the GTX3582r final run produced 399.8kw :banghead: but pulled 401.4 on one run. 05 BF. Mods are; Process west stage 3.3 kit, custom 4" zorst, 60lb siemens, valve springs, GTX3582r. Running stock FG F6 bottom end and stock zf6 . Big thanks to Kent and the boys at Hi-Torque Performance.

^ For general mechanic work I use Paul at the Caltex in Elanora. He's a good honest bloke who wont bullsh*t you. If it doesn't need to be done he will tell you rather than most who will just do it and charge an arm and a leg.

It's always best to warm them up for a couple minutes before driving. Mine runs like when it's cold. The ZF6 takes a minute or so to warm up too.

I had this problem in my BF. Error code said "lost communication with PCM" Took it to ford they didn't have a clue. Took it to Chip-Torque and they sorted it in a couple hrs. Turns out there was a broken wire between the PCM (power Control Module) and TPS (Throttle position Sensor). I would suggest taking it to a tuner they should be able to sort it
