bit of both it was from a dealer, they had it advertised for about 37 or 38k for months. apparently there were about 4 people who wanted it, all of which finance fell through (so im told by the dealer anyway) price dropped down to 30, then I got them down to 28.990, I then had to pay onroads just under 2grand I think the price of 37 - 38k is just what I was told from the dealer, I wasnt looking to buy but then saw this at a good price for 30 and thought I would snap it up and try to get them down a bit while I was at it. I bought at the end of the month aswell, they kept saying if its not sold within the week it was going to another dealer for the original price of 37k or so.. not sure how much of that was true or just to get me to buy.

I got it to work, but if you do it alot you will go through clutches all the time im not gonna bother doing it again!

I bought mine about 5 or 6 months ago, 2008 23*** km on clock, manual, luxury pack in sensation for about 30k drive away

works but frys your clutch, I did it one time and all I could smell was clutch.. my foot was off the clutch but it was still engaged, car was releasing it slowly . unless it just got stuck ? havent tried it since.

im spewin I bought my car after those came out. originally I was gonna wait till next year to buy. then I blew my diff in my ba n went out bought the fg within a few days. thanx mainly 2 kvbaby talking me in2 the fg xr6t love the car.. but a gt woulda been nice not sure if I woulda bought 1 but the option woulda been nice.

haha I have a vibration not sure where it is coming from, possibly handbrake cable rubbing against exhaust, goes away when your at say 1000 revs or so. apart from that mine runs well

yea silicone should work, make sure the water runs off though and doesn't just sit there. im gunna be no real help iv'e got a hard lid and nothing gets under there
