I love listening to Fresh, I still have the key ring. Remember leaving Q Bar at 11pm driving with two car loads of subscribers to angus street (back then) to help save the station to run 24/7. I felt like shet today started streaming and been in the garage even now done so much work on my beast not funny but so so much energy lol. Fingers crossed ill have this one ready for AFD.

You gotta eat freaky... Morning.....Oats in the morning Snack after 2 hours Apple or protein Lunch.... Basmati rice with left over chicken??just an idea with a bit of sweet chilli sauce Snack after 2 hours yogurt or lean wrap An hour later Salad ... And main meal usual steamed broccoli vegies etc with steak rare to medium Than a casein protein shake straight for bed. This is what I ate today..... I used left overs and had the best of both worlds I sometimes wake up earlier than usual and have my meals made up for the whole day....organized to keep eating

^^^^^Eggs omelette be better on the morning. Not so sure what your training is like but small meals every 2 hours ( carbs before 3pm ) Don't starve yourself it's wrong, that's my opinion.

No need to explain yourself weaponxr, I have noticed the same thing at our local/s. There was a time I used to freely jump in the car and go into Chapel St now I really can't remember when I last went for a meal where I can go to my local and enjoy it but still pay the same price as innner city, everything in general has just gone up.

Everything you eat now is pricey wherever you go, I look at the price of veggies at the local fruit and veg and prices are definately up, $8.00 a kg for tomatoes!!! Me wanna complain!

Good to hear the car is finaly getting fixed and that ceva has admitted fault. Will definatley NOT use Ceva after hearing this. Hope you get your car back on the road asap.
