With a lot of luck! The Xcal 3 is known to have issues with logging. I dont think you will be able to log with just the box unless it has been setup for it. You can do this via the software that is on the Herrod site, however it has limitations, logging via laptop is best as it allows you to capture a large amount of data (up to 25 PID's IIRC). As stated you will have to do the conversion from fahrenheit, but once you get the data you can make pretty graphs....
