Sideways... Always

Hi all, first time poster. Thought I'd tack my question onto this thread: Stock standard 2005(Feb) BA MkII, one owner, 41,000km, Auto, few small scratches and chips, needs a detail and good clean, needs tyres, goes well but rear end feels wobbly under brakes (rotors need machining?), home mechanic serviced, only one entry in logbook. What do you think it is worth? Also, a 2005 stock BF Turbo with auto and 120,000km: what do you think it is worth if in excellent condition?
