would any one know whih insurance agency would be cheapest for someone with a licence disqualification on their record?

hey fellas, new on the forum, used to own an 03 BA T sold it now have purchased a BA Mk2 05 currently 303rwkw though my licence is disqualified until October, I figure in the interim I can do some work on the car to break 400rwkw. oh and I lived in Kellyville for 6 years now recently in Guildford and quite keen to make some xrt buddies for future cruises and events
