Thanks for the info on the paint, its an April 06 build...so not sure if it has the paint issue. The paint is actually in top condition, has been garaged since new and very well looked after. It has 1 yr left on the warranty so hopefully if there are any issues they appear before then! After washing it for the first time as you do I went over the whole car and didnt notice any imperfections.....so touch wood I'll be ok. Was it all Shockwaves affected or just some due to some lazy dude not rubbing back the undercoat enough on a batch of em? cos.

Yeah am stoked with the car, its got the ZF box in it...unreal condition, the owner was 55yrs old and owned it since new its an 06 with 60 thou km's...kept it garaged and drove it on weekends lol. Got it for a bargin price also. Am just fitting out with some small extras I need like iphone/ipod aux kit etc etc....then will start with some small mods to start. Then a flash tune, injectors, new pump etc....the usual. Am at Wollongong I know a few guys on here with turbo six's also. It's a change from my other toy a Yam 07 R1....too easy to loose ya license on that thing lol. Cos.

Hey all, just got myself a stock BF F6 Typhoon and was pointed to this forum as "the" place for tips and talking Ford Turbo's. Have already been roaming the tech forums and found heaps of great info. Some pix off the iphone of the new vehicle, was very happy with the purchase, mint condition, older owner and low km's......cant go wrong! Cheers, Cos.
