  12. Water in methenol is a problem in Methenol only cars, not when its mixed into ULP/Pulp. If you have finnished racing for the day you either drain thr fuel tank or top it up to capacity to minimise the surface area of the Methenol has . Rob who does not what to be in a pit crew.
  13. I have seen them at the car shows , they supply and fit for ford.
  14. Bret, the ford iridium ones are only $60 for the set. Rob how's the fishing?
  15. Are you for real? Fibreglass stripper!?? I have some thinners I use at work for adding to lacquer when spraying clear coats on furniture, comes in 2 drying speeds too. Maybe that would be the go..... Its only geting rid of the wax on the mold. A mate uses it to clean metal parts that are to be rubber bonded. 10 % tolly is ok its the same as putting Octain booster in only cheaper 60c to $1 lt
  16. $500k sounds a bit extreme and hard to justify and would assume it would cost around $50,000 - $75000 to reliably build that much horsepower. Regardless of the cost it's an awesome effort. Robbie. the 550k I think is a total to date he has spent so far, he has had a lot of problems.
  17. $450 with pig tail lead

    Road Toll

Brian, did you feel that all you did was raise the Governments coffers. I belive that on most freeways 135 is a safe speed if every one kept left and not be dickheads. In Europe 200kph+ is safe on similar roads like we have but drivers are better trained compered to ours. ( I did 175kph for about 10hrs ). The Govenrments dont care how many people die on roads , they just want to make more on fines. Rob
  19. Macka, I have talked to the guy from EMS , load point every 25 or 50 rpm ( 1 or the other ) if you want. the more load points the finner state of tune you will achieve eg lets say you have a dip in power/AFR's/torque at 2500 and 2700 you can do 8 load points to fix the dip if required. So move the better . Rob
  20. that's only for the competors not spectators you will find will be covered buy public Liability Rob
