Hey,my mate has a 2000 model wrx with a few little mods done (exhaust,computer)when my xr6t was standard I would race him off the line and he would absolutely destroy me I wouldnt even bother to try to chase him but off a roll it was a different story and I would just beat him,now since I have done my mods 257rwkws (he has done no more mods)when we race off the line he will still jump me but it will take me up to 80km/h to fly past him, now when we race off a roll I absolutly destroy him.

Thanks for the positive feed back mate ill keep you guys updated to what happens.I can see why the police are annoyed with the car scene at the gold coast as it is out of control,when I was pulled over on saturday night the police were only intrested in getting me and my car off the road not issueing me with a fine,I have jotted down that the officer brought up taking it to court first as he must of thought I had a case.

Wtf,what are you going on about how was I really lucky I got fined $700 dollars and lost my licence for 6 months for doing 140km/h in a 110 zone have you read the thread propley,the reason I stated I was in the army reserve because plonky said people didny know what disipline is these days(implying I didnt know anything about disipline),this forum is going down the drain what sort of post is that,

So what happened........did you get an infringement notice? Did you get a summons for Court or did they just give you a gobful to make sure you realised that what you did was pretty stupid on a public road and they let you go. If that's the case I think you got off lightly......in fact I think you should be grateful you only got a gobful and had no monetary or license penalty imposed. 1. Yes there was 2 officers in the car 2.Just before we raced I noticed a car about 2 km behind us(which im assuming was the police car)we raced and when I backed off it took about 15 seconds at normal speed when the cop car was behind us with his sirens on tell us to pull over. 3.number 2 should answer this question 4.They displayed no radar equiptment to show how fast I was going,they asked me how fast I was going and when I told them they called me a liar, threated to impound my car if I didnt admitt to exceeding over 150km/h,I told the truth again pleeded my innocence but they still issued me with a $700 fine travelling in exceed of 150km/h and lose of licence for 6 months.

Uh, no. He's already said both he and his passenger were intently focused on his speedo the whole time. So, who was watching the police car behind them??? The man on the grassy noll? I never said me and my mate were intently focused on the speedo I quickly clance at my speedo and when I braked and backed off the speedo read 140km/h if I knew the car behind me was a cop car I wouldnt raced in the first place as they didnt put there sirens and lights on till late in the pursuit.This is getting off topic as it comes to, I never exceeded over 140km/h which is only 30 km/h over the speed limit but the police fined me 40km/h over the limit so I lose my licence without any prove and trying to scare me into a confession, they write the fine like this ''your speed of ^150 km/h exceeded the maximum speed limit of 110km/h'' why didnt they write it as ^149km/h, because I would not of lost my licence as you have to be doing more than 40km/h over the speed limit to lose your licence.

yes I was street racing I admit that and I am prepared to do the time,and the crime was 30km/h over the spped limit which is a fine and no lose of licence,but they tried to pinch me for doing more than 40km/h over the speed limit which is a bigger fine and lose of licence for 6 months I cant afford to lose my licence as driving is a big role of my job(yes I know if cant afford to lose my licence why was I street racing).Did you read all the thread mate, if you want to start flaming people keep posting on the rwkw and injector threads.

When I gave my mate a bit of a run I saw a car about 1km away(which was the cop car)So when we had a bit of run they where about a 1 km behind, they would of suspected something ahead as my mate was shooting 5 foot flames out of his exhaust.I was talking to my parents this morning and im using there solictor for the matter,I hope we are vido'ed as the cops where doing all the yelling and trying to use scare tactics to get a confesion out of me and when I didnt give them a confesion they wernt exactly friendly,but at the end of the day I was only doing 140 km/h the police have no evidence what speed I was doing, they pushed a fine on me that I was exceeding 40km over the limit so I would lose licence, I had a friend in the car also to confirm I was only doing 140km/h.
