The flutter is from a non working BOV. The flutter noise comes from the turbo through the airfilter. If you have a aftermarket BOV from the standard Bosch ones and it still makes the flutter noise, it can mean the spring is set to hard or the BOV is to small for the boost the car is making. I removed the cone on my FG and it made the spool noise in the turbo sound alot louder. So it must silence the spool induction noises alot.

Yeah Cooler is OK. Looks good, flow well but pain in the arse to fit. to much cutting and stuffing around. If I did it again I would go the Nizpro. I made this stuff myself. I draw and design parts for a laser cutting company. So yeah pretty easy. No welding yet. I'm in the process of redesigning the intake pipe and I'll probably get a mate to weld a few bits on it like BOV plumb back pipe etc.

When I go to change my email adress it tells me this email adress is already used but when I claim I can't remember my passwork it tells me the same email adress doesn't exsist???? How do I get around this?

Yeah I've had a few turbo cars and never had pinging but have heard it on other cars ive been in. I was thinking of seeing him. Is he a good tuner?

Surely I can't get a bent rod with only 308 at the wheels? Pitty we dont have a drag strip anymore, it would be good to see what it does down the quarter?

Tuner is KPM. Why? What is wrong with KPM?

Yeah 308 is pretty conservative, I have all the fruits to make around 330 but that's what they tuned it to and saying if I wanted higher KW I need to get the turbo done or go a F6 with the actuator etc done. But That'll have to wait cause I want to lower it first and remove the rear spoiler, so that will take some time to get funds.

Thanks Guys. Do you post cruise etc here? I'll keep an eye out. Yeah The FG goes hard but I expected more when I got it tuned, it's only got 308KW's at the wheels. Went through the hills last weekend and gave it a good thrash. Not bad considering it has 20's with cheap tyres.

Hi Guys, First post on this website. I just got my FG XR6T tuned and no one or know where to cruise. Is there any cruises on in Adelaide anymore. Back in the early 2000's Adelaide used to be packed full of nice cars meeting up down the bay etc but they're hard to find now, especially nice XR's or Fords in general. As you can see I have been out of the car seen for a while (been is WA for 6 years and when I came back I only had a Yamaha R1 cause I had a company car). Now I have my FG tuned and the weather is getting better I wouldn't mind catching up with some Ford fans around Adelaide. I live down South, is there much happening around Adelaide anymore? Cheers.
