hey I am trying to decide whether to sell my car complete or part it out. Just wondering what some of you guys think it's worth? mods that are done are built engine with scat rods, mahle pistons, arp rod bolts, atomic 12mm head studs, atomic billet oil pump, atomic timing chain, atomic valve springs, atomic girdle and mls head gasket. turbo is a high mount billet 76mm rated to 1000hp custom 4" dump pipe into 3.5" xforce catback. airbox with custom 4" intake and 6" bellmouth and filter. cooler is 1000hp plazmaman with 3" hotside and coldside piping. clutch is a direct clutch industries twin plate rated to 1000hp. fuel system consists of an intank walbro into a surge tank with one 044 (but with the bracket and fittings to run 2) and 80 pound Siemens injectors. car is an 05 bf in black with 170, 000km. car has currently done about 10km on run in tune.Any idea what it might be worth?

Can you flash stabilty control out of a xr6 turbo into a bf typhoon? is it as simple as a flash or is there hardware changes such as abs module, steering angle sensor, yaw rate sensor?

that's a fair comparison a fwd hatchback that was developed at nurburg ring and ways f*ck all compared to a ute that can carry over 500kg and ways over 1800kg! doesn't mention that its only 2 seconds slower than a porsche boxter or 10 seconds faster than a pontiac gxp which has a 6.2 litre!

which muffler on the xforce systems change for the quiet system? centre or rear? also do the 3.5 come with the option?

tariffss on imported cars is only 5% compared to 50 something percent from the 1980's (and most other countries that have the ability to build a car from ground up including designing, engineering, testing and manufacturing) with our dollar so high that's why imports are heaps cheaper!

camaro can be made rhd because underneath it is very similiar to ve commodore! it was engineered and tested in aus. secondly they would sell way more so the profits will be more so they can make less on each car! also when the aus dollar is at 70c usd then the price isnt 50k aud any more and the americans average wage is a lot less than ours so the 50k is still expensive over there.

This info is not true. early VE had cover plate but because the mra is below the highest point of fuel tank people were removing them with too much fuel and ruining interior But CAN be removed without dropping subframe! Just losen the front 2 bolts and it slides out. Also makes the body more durable. As for the thermostat it CAN be done without removing gearbox! What about fords stupid diff bush/bolt that not only breaks all the time but you have to remove subframe everytime!

I believe that both 4/6 and even the 2 piston sliding calipers would stop roughly around same distance. its if you try and do it over and over then the brembos will outperform the stock brakes.
