  1. I currently have Stewart Warner oil psi and boost gauges, since my original power goal grew a lot so did the amount of boost, so I figured I'd change both gauges. I'm putting in auto meter cobalts now. Both oil psi gauges are 0-100psi short sweeps, I really don't want to have to change the sender again because I'm lazy, so what are the chances thestewart Warner sender will be accurate with auto meter?
  2. whats the max power a standard ba-bf turbo with standard housings can handle before efficiency loss is too bad, and then to overcome this efficiency loss who has upgraded the front to a .70 and how much gain did this give you?
  3. I just made a new tail pipe with no muffler, sounds good, drones a tiny bit, way less than expected
  4. getting someone else to fit it isnt going to shorten it, and it can go up higher but hits over the diff. I think I'll just make a new tail pipe.
  5. I really want to remove or replace the rear muffler, I dont like the look of it and the tips stick out too far, sit too low and if they are straight it rattles like a bitch

  9. plazmaman 1000hp cooler plazmaman hot and cold side pipes plazmaman 4" intake and airbox x force 4" dump, cat and 3.5" cat back in tank pump ID 1000cc injectors JE/nitto pistons and rods worked FG head no plenum stock turbo stock cams gonna run 18-20psi, cant wait.

  15. doing it this way would cost me free so I'm all for it. as for the tune, the way I see it if its tuned to say 14psi (the high boost) then its gonna be safe when its running the 7psi low boost
  16. So... I am ready to start modding my bf xr6t,im going to be running an external wastegate with a 7psi spring. My question is...on my el xr6 turbo I was going to, but never got around to, run a high/low boost switch,I had a turbosmart boost tee to the external gate and using an inline solenoid, bypass the tee,so when I want to run low boost the solenoid is open allowing bypass of the tee,and for high boost flick the switch,close the solenoid and the tee is used. can this be done with the xr6t management or is the tune done using load,rpm AND boost? in other words,can I bypass the factory boost control with an external gate?

  18. im about to install an fpv digital clock into my xr6t with premo sound and dual zone,there is a single blue wire in the clock loom and I dont know what it does or where it goes,I have googled it but no help. can anyone help?

  20. hes a nizpro dealer,has a near 400rwkw territory,so im trusting him. he's tuned mates cars not fords though and done a good job

  22. I'm going to install my process west surge and 044 this weekend,I dont have the pw loom so I'll be making my own. where is the best place to find the factory fuel pump wire (and colours would be awesome) on my bf2 11/06 xr6t. cheers

I'm hoping for 350+,I've got plazmaman 1000hp intercooler kit plazmaman air box plazmaman 4" intake $2400 X force 4" dump and 3.5" cat $600(2nd hand) X force twin 2.5" quad cat back $700 seimens 60lb injectors $200(2nd hand) Process west surge tank and bosch 044 fuel pump $700(2nd hand) modified stock exhaust housing and external tial wastegate $400 X cal 3 with tune $1250 (dont have yet)
  24. its in the back to save me buying a smaller battery,I already had all this stuff just sitting in the shed. the battery in the boot has to be either a sealed battery(no gas venting) or a european style,semi sealed battery(has a vent hose you run outside the car to vent battery gas out of your boot)
