I took theT back to MTs today as it would stall for no reason,they had to regap the plugs as a service bullition just come from fords to do so, upgrade computer to latest flash which was released yesterday and some mod to the throttle body. they said its now fine I will pick it in the morning all is ok now I hope.

if u gave the insurance the other drivers name and rego u wont loose your no claim bonus and u shouldnt have to pay a excess. if u want to go and see this c*nt I will come with u. you could also issue him with a demand for payment within 7days and if its not paid u go to local courthouse and for about $90 u send him a notice to appear in the small claims court for the amount not over 5 k the judge will rule in your favor and he will have to pay or u can go with the sherrif to his place and take goods to the value of or u can send him bankrupt if he cant pay at all. that means he will have to give up his passport and no credit for 7 years and on public record for ever.
