Only ever had manuals and love driving manuals but that zf gearbox is fantastic so I got mine in auto... even when driving in normal mode its great, it holds the gears when you hammer it and back off.

I just took my car in for its 3000km service today... I asked the dude at the service center and he said because everything is electronic its just the computer adjusting it self to certain parameters. So I dont know if he was just Bull sh*ting me or if that is what is really happening.

Mine is stock standard and has only 4000kms on the clock .... I looked at the rev and the idle is fine its not going up and down... But the whole car shakes a little.. It would be nice to know what it is like berzerker said I am not too worried just curious.

Hi Guys, I get the same thing...shudder and rough idle, sluggish when you put it into reverse straight away. After 10 sec its fine. I hope its not anything serious.
