then I recommend hunting around and see if someone has a broken ICC console that is willing to give you or sell you the working LCD out of it. You dont need the whole module, just the LCD panel and accompanying cable, then you can unplug your LCD from the module and plug the new one in

hrrmmm good question, if the screen still works and your dont mind seeing that then you could leave it as it is. Maybe look around this forum or checkout ASL and see if someone has a busted ICC and gut the working LCD out of it?

maybe if the car followed Euro design features and styling, We may have a competitive worldwide Falcon with the looks, features, suspension setup and power to boot, American styling looks terrible and they're about 10 years behind most manufacturers in terms of features etc. The AWD setup would be quite nice, but please no FWD Falcons. maybe he tried to clean it with sand paper if its 1 or 2 light gashes you'll be fine, if its hundreds of microscopic swirls then your never going to get them out... in this instance you would need a new screen, you can just replace the LCD, you wont need a whole module or anything, the trick is being able to find the LCD
