have a soft spot for the old boss engine, I cammed and charged mine, spend a sh*t load more than my f6 on it, with no were near the power, but the sound of a gilmer drive pro charger,on a cammed 5.4 with no mufflers was something else
yeh that's wat mine is, pretty easy to get in it will need to be high to get your stock one out, I just cut mine off before the diff and will have it re-welded back if the time comes makes it easier with 2 if you have a mate, or let me no ile come give ya a hand
I got mine in with stands and a jack in the garage.. hardest part is getting the old one out, if you want to in one piece that is.. I even fabbed up my own dump pipe as I got quoted 1700 for a custom dump not including orientating the gates and screamers
have had the same tyre (275) taken off a 9' rim and placed on a 10' rim with no noticeable difference wat so ever.. have also had a 255 on an 8' and put on a 10' witch was alittle grippyer on the 8, but it was slightly under inflated also
^^ my rims sit exactly the same out from the guard front to back with the same width and offset, so if you want them the same keep distance from the guard,keep the same offsets +30
