Hey I'm new to the forum, I got a 5th Gen iPod nano the other day and it also said not supported , I took it to ford and got them to check if it was a software issue and they said the newer ipods don't work with the old cable and that I would have to wait until they make a new cable and buy one, no thanks. I then went to an apple store and they told me that they have indeed changed the ipods and now they are not compatable or as the dumb ass said "that suck", no thanks.
