Hey, I just bought a 07 upgrade 2008 BF XR6T and want to run my ipod thru the head unit controls. I've found that I can get cables off ebay and even a Ipod specific cable that charges and plays it at the same time and has thos white clips for it to plug in the back of the unit. is this all I need for it to work??? I rang my local ford dealer and they said I need to install a AUX kit for it to work, do they just mean that ehy install a port for me to plug in a 3.5mm jack into the ipod headphone hole or for the cable off ebay to work? thanks and if anyone has installed the cable can you let me know if its good or bad dont know if that makes sense.... lol CHEERS!
