    The boat anchor conversion? There is a reason no one has done this one by the time you change the engine tranny and diff ,tailshaft ,brakes ecetera there is no way this would be cheaper than just selling your car and buying a v8 plus getting it legal would be fun.

    fgs don't seem to have loose bolts much hey I've checked mine a few times but they never seem loose but the earlier models seem to have them come loose all the time maybe ford finally figured out how to put on some decent fastners

    If you care about fuel consumption I wouldn't own any other t than an fg they are mad on juice I get 500kms a tank plus around town and 700kms on the highway with 312rwks I always use bp ultimate because that is what the car is tuned for you guys are lucky you have xr6ts my mate from work drives a sh*te statesman 5.7lt and he rekons it costs $300 a week on juice doing 660 to 700kms a week and that's with lots of highway driving wtf

    Oww that sounds painful I had the same shudder in mine I changed discs to dbas and cleaned the hubs up really well and there was still shudder so I checked those bushes and there was heaps of movement in them just got them changed and it steers and stops like new car no vibration or movement throught the steering wheel anymore its made it soo much nicer to drive I can't recommend it enough

    Gemms take off your front wheels and with a pry bar check how much movement is in your upper control arm bushes warped ford discs wreck these bushes which is probably why you still have shudder if they feel really loose like jelly then they are stuffed and you need some super pros

    Yeah good call I didn't mean that our cars are unbeatable but where I live theres so many losers that have only ever had v8s and only ever will and they think a stock ss with a chev badge is the fastest car in the universe and I love educating them otherwise the look of shock on their faces is priceless.

    Yeah why don't you buy a vf if the ve interior is no good interior is the only good bit of the vf they are still slow as all f!#%$%ck standard. Fagnman by the way ford no longer make a wagon maybe a ve sportswagon would suit you nicely then you could enjoy getting a bit of turbo choppage to the face heeyah!

    Hey mate when you installed your aeroflow shifter did you have to adjust the stops much from the position in the photo or was it pretty spot on out of the box im gonna install mine this Saturday

    The manual is soo much better on a nice twisty road with good tyres and bilsiens but if you can only drive in straight line buy an auto they are only slightly gay. milkshake FTL
