Not what I was hoping to hear. Was the car stock when you broke it? Mine is bog standard apart from some coilovers..

Can anyone tell me what is a safe level to stall to that is not going to damage my driveline? The car is a stock standard G6E Turbo and I will be running some 18" slicks. Also I have been reading that the best way to stall up with the ZF is to manual shift into second on the line then back to first before taking off. Is there much benefit in doing this?

Thanks for that, by the looks of it they are 8.5" which makes a bit more sense after looking at the pics. Either way a nice rim

I thought the fronts would sit out at that width/offset but they still look like they have plenty of room left from that angle?

I got a set in my FG sedan and I am pretty happy with them. Still yet to mess with the settings though. These do go very low too if that's what you're after. Chris is a very good guy to deal with and happy to help out.

I thought 19x9.5 +22 on the front would of sat out a bit? Doesn't look like they do at all from those pics?

Thanks guys but I think you mis-read my post. I was seeing if a 10.5" rim would work with some guard rolling? I don't mind stretching tyres and I do have adjustable coilovers.

Anyone managed to fit something close to 20x10.5 +40 on the rear of a FG sedan with a guard roll?

Does the subframe need to be dropped out or can the diff centre and housing just be replaced with it all still attached?

Will a XR6 Turbo LSD be a direct replacement for a G6E Turbo? Looking at going the cheaper option if I can find one for the right price.

A bit off of the topic but can anyone tell me if the G6E Turbo guards/bonnet are identical to the FG XR6 Turbo?? Might be a bit odd to some but I like the look of the G6E but I really don't know if I could live with an auto.. Thinking of making the XR look more like the G6. Other than the front bar/headlights/chrome window trim and rear spoiler they are pretty much the same right?

I did have a quick search through that thread but was mainly after some rough pricing if I were not to buy a complete wrecked car. ie. gearbox/pedal assembly/talishaft/ECU etc. That car sold not long ago right?

Can anyone give me a rough idea on what the costs are involved with changing a G6E Turbo to a manual setup? Work would be done by myself so just a rough idea on parts costs involved and exactly what is needed? I'm not too familiar with the interior of these or the FG XR6 Turbos, would the dash section for the shifter be interchangeable at all??
