  1. Anyone used Kevin Geary in CHCH?
  2. Yea it is typical of it to runaway. As said not enough engine braking in 6th on steep hills to keep itself there. The car just gets off the throttle and lets ya go for it. hell if its steep enough you could be doing 150k while only using 3.2l/100k talk about economy.
  3. There is such a thing actually. Not to be confused with Centrifugal force, Centripetal force is a force that makes a body follow a curved path; it is always directed orthogonal to the velocity of the body, toward the instantaneous center of curvature of the path. The term centripetal force comes from the Latin words centrum ("center") and petere ("tend towards", "aim at"), signifying that the force is directed inward toward the center of curvature of the path. Isaac Newton's description was: "A centripetal force is that by which bodies are drawn or impelled, or in any way tend, towards a point as to a center."
  4. Have you been to America?
  5. I had this happen on my motorbike and what was happening is the caliper pistons on one side weren't self adjusting so therefore as the pad wore down it had a gap instead of always just touching the disc. The way to fix it was take the caliper off pull it apart clean everything some new o-rings and make sure there were no burrs on the pistons themselves as that could cause an issue as well. By the sounds of it you are having the same issue.
  6. How do you go about lowering the back, as I have noticed that the shock and the bracket that holds the diff to the leaf spring is pretty much inline with the rim and only has about 1 inch of clearance stock.
  7. I would probably be doing it seperately as otherwise they would have made the gauge only come with the 2 wires. Also 1 wire should be an acc and one an illum so that it knows when the car is on rather than being hard wired to the battery. Some gauges also shouldnt share they power cables so go by what the manufacturer of the gauge says.
  8. what sizes are the swaybars you got, and what is the standard size in the falcon just for comparison?
  9. Have you considered replacing the wastegate actuator since you have a larger flapper on it.
  10. Yes they push back in, as said push both at same time. And obviously make sure that noone pushes the brake pedal while any of the pads are out or you could pop a piston out of your caliper.
  11. Im pretty sure they run at one speed and have a bypass to relieve excess flow. Correct me if im wrong.
  12. It will be a sad day if we adopt the Tarus and Mustang instead of the US adopting the Falcon. Time will tell I guess.
  13. Do you have PBR2 brakes? If so what are the specs as I will compare them with mine since I have the same vehicle.
  14. Started with a 1.6 V6 Mitsi Lancer, then had a Subie Legacy RS and a GSXR600, and now have the BF2 XR6T ute and a KTM SX250F. All manuals.
