  1. Nice work, look good with the quad setup.
  2. I know this situation all to well. It sucks, good now though.
  3. Was moving stuff to my new place today, forgot to get a photo. But had the tray 2/3 full of bricks and a fully loaded trailer on. Still gets along fine. Only issue with it being lower is with the brick weight the exhaust tips were a lot closer to the bumper than normal from the thing sacking down and due to the trailer as well it was just short of 0psi even while cruising and I may have melted some exhaust tip shapes in the bumper cut out.
  4. They aren't anything special. The gifs for the leak are quite funny though. http://imgur.com/a/x4CCt NSFW!
  5. If you have that much towbar weight from the trailer then there is something wrong with the trailer setup. I tow a bit of weight every now and then with it lowered and its fine.
  6. Officially sold my house, can't wait to move to the 10 acres and big sheds instead of a double garage.
  7. He probably worked that out after installing the boost a spark in his car.
  8. You'll want an auto when towing that weight, the manual has a lower rating. It can do it but the clutch gets a hard time when pushing to the limits of that weight. I've modded mine and give it a pretty hard time and it hasn't let me down yet. I do however maintain it at shorter intervals than the factory schedule. (I think most people do here)
  9. The basics of it are that the spring in the actuator is aided by the air that's feed to it. So the spring should hopefully be strong enough to hold to a certain level then add the air to open it up and control the boost.
  10. I wish I could be more help, a mate with a ss Expensive Daewoo with the T56 brought some oil (maybe redline could be something else) that was designed for the T56 specially. Could be the next good thing. For the diff look for Syntrax 80w140 as I think that is SAF-XA since they renamed everything.
  11. WPMO painting the house flat out to get it looking all tidy to sell it.
  12. Although it seems to rev high etc, if it doesnt turn out to be a vac leak what above something with the gearbox/converter since it surges once in gear.
  13. Sounds like, O I F**ked up and better get the blame else where quickly.
  14. yea round town they are thirsty. My current tune is worse on consumption and I'd be lucky to see 390km out of 75 litres. Do you have a heavy foot. Should be able to hang around 12-14 around town really. You can reset the screen to get it to start again.
  15. Malwood normally do the clutch master cylinder for an alright price.
  16. Battery or earth maybe, start with easy bits first.
  17. As a note to add, the crossmember bolt that gets in the way can have the non-threaded portion cut off this makes it much easier. Nice write up, very detailed. Nice press.
  18. I think most of us are alright and don't see an issue with the fact you never get traction in the wet. From reading it I don't know what culture they are actually from.
  19. Yes the spacer would be between the CSC (throwout bearing) and gearbox face. This obviously adjusts the preload the CSC has on the plates and as far as I'm aware could change the takeup point on the peddle. It's a very large washer for a better word with two bolt holes in it to allow the CSC to mount as normally.
  20. What intake? On a FG I see.
  21. On replaceing the CSC did they remove the spacer and not put it back? I think this will change pedal position for bite but not 100%, hopefully someone else will chime in. If it is the case then the spacer may also be wrong size with the replacement part, there is a measurement something like 14-17mm which is the diff between block to pressure plate fingers and bellhousing to release bearing. (something like that).
  22. No senders are there and don't think the wiring is either. If the wiring is its tucked away. But other gauges with their own senders and wiring in the F6 mount works very nicely.
  23. Probably be similar as the tub just sits on the frame. The sheetmetal panels and plastic tub probably come close to the same as your tray.
  24. Completely agree with the S5 size, it sounds big but once you use it the thin and light weight design makes it no more of an issue than smaller ones. I got away from iphone as well, just too restrictive. You can use a 128gb mircoSD in the S5 as well. That is bloody huge on such a small thing. Had it for awhile now and definitely best phone I've had, battery is lasting really well to. Get up to 3 days.
  25. Those specs are off. My ute has come in at 1860kg with half a tank of gas. Everyone has covered fact the live axle makes it so tail happy at the back. But yes it is a common misconception that the ute is lighter. Think the sedans are normally about 100kg lighter.
