  1. '98 5 Speed manual Magna > '95 R33 GTS-T skyline making 217rwkw > 1989 Mazda 323 3 speed auto (sold the skyline for a GSX-R 750) and now have an '05 XR6 turbo, 6speed manual. Best car so far.
  2. Although the gear ratios may allow for 360km/h I doubt very much they would even break 300 in stock form. 260 perhaps. 300? Nah.
  3. Hmm that's some expensive oil! I have changed the engine oil on all my previous cars but never done gearbox oil before. Is it difficult? Its strange how every gearshift works fine and smooth except for one. Guess I will have to try the oil change and see.
  4. Hey guys. Got my car this week, BA mk2 xr6 turbo with the 6 speed manual. Everything about the car is great EXCEPT for one minior yet annoying problem. Shifting up the gears works fine, 1st to 2nd, 3rd to 4th etc. However when shifting down the gears, it is REALLY hard to get it to go into 2nd gear. Like it doesn't crunch in or anything, it just REFUSES to go in. I can usually get around it by shifting to N, letting the clutch out, then trying for 2nd again, or partially go into 1st then back into 2nd. It is quite frustrating as you can imagine, often by the time I have found 2nd, I may as well be using 1st. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Every other gear there is no problem, and going from 1st to 2nd works fine, its only when going from 3rd to 2nd.
