Just out of interest, are you asking if his Typhoon BF motor is built after 06/06 so it has the Typhoon internals?? EDIT: Sorry, In reply to the clutch thing, my BA Typhoon clutch went recently, although I think it was more from abuse than anything, they seem to be a pretty good clutch if you don't go giving it too much hell.

Awesome can't wait to see yours and shananps car down there! Hope yous run a 11 and 10 respectively, that other black xr6 turbo that was with me sat night got custom tune today, went from 210rwkw to 270rwkw with typhoon intake & tune, might see what that does down the quarter.

I ran 12.60 with a 1.9 60', on kumho ku36 18s. Technique was, rev to 4000 rpm, slip clutch off line and away ya go lol. I was pretty happy with that, second time at the track ran a manual 12 And shananp how the hell can u compare your car to a hsv lol. Hope you run a 10 in it soon, definitely got the power there.

Nah there not Brembos, I just dont wash my wheels that often lol. Its a *beep* trying to get inbetween the spokes on the stock ba typhoon rims, maybe I should just wash them more often. I swear I've heard of something before that you can put on your rims so brake dust doesnt stick, it just washes off but maybe I was dreaming.

Kind of off-topic, is there anything anyone puts on there rims to stop brake dust from building up, or something to make it come off easier when you do wash it?

Lol truck wash is what I use, works heaps better than that degreasing crap at the car wash. Still want to know if theres anything to protect them a bit more though.

Is there any products available to stop brake dust from gathering on your wheels, so it can just be gernied off? I hate cleaning my rims (stock ba phoon wheels, an absolute bitch to clean), so was wondering if I give em a real good clean if theres anything I could put on them to keep them that way.

My car was tuned at Nizpro and drives like standard, only with 300rwkw and better fuel economy.

I have ku31s all round and was thinking about getting ku36s just for the rear as my current ones are slightly less than roadworthy. Do you get many kms out of them, and are they much stickier in a straight line than the ku31s?

12.2 is a great time, look forward to see what it can do now. 13.32 is also very impressive for a stock car, well done.

Main giveaway in Victoria is that they are usually parked strange, not where someone usually would eg further off the road than normal, especially on freeways.
