Try not to drop the clips, can be really hard to find. When you pull the fuel rail off, some of them might not come out, just give them a gentle twist and they will. And put a little bit of engine oil on the o-rings before you put the new ones in. And put something in the hole on the plenum so nothing goes in there while your working.

5 speed is a nice gearbox to drive with, it just can't handle much torque. Very light though.

Thanks mate, as it turns out one has just turned up so no need to run the 4" anymore. Just another quick question, the wastegate has been ported on the turbo, and the fuel pump is a walbro item. Will these affect the stock tune?

Nah its not that, I'm putting the stock exhaust back on, but I'm having trouble finding a stock dump pipe. edit: And I'm not going to pay someone to install it, it's not that hard of a job.

Would a different dump pipe to standard need the car to be tuned? If everything else was stock, stock cat, but a 4" dump?

If they put it on the car and it's an easy fix, it shouldn't really cost much at all.

that's a good time and mph for stock. I got 12.6@111 in a manual, but mine has had a bit of work. You must be close to 270rwkw stock, that's awesome.

Just rang the local FPV dealer for a price on a F6 cooler to suit BA. Retails at $2660 I was told. Anyone know of a wreckers that would have one? Or anyone have a F6 and wants to upgrade their cooler? I've got a few here I could trade, or buy outright.

I think it's around $20 a bottle from Ford. I got some for stonechips, couldn't get it to look any good so just had the bar resprayed.

Hot side pipes are a bit of a pain, I installed hot & cold side rapid pipes, the cold side took around 10 minutes, hot side about an hour, not much room in there.

326 is good power. I keep wanting to up the boost a bit from 12psi, but I don't want things to go bang lol. It's so hard not to.
