Do any of you guys happen to know what size the speakers are in the rear of the FG ute?

So safest bet for the front (FG series) is to go with 5 1/4" and does anyone know what size the rear speakers are in a UTE? thanks

If you got your p's prior to july 1st 2007 you COULD have driven an xr6t!!! But if you did your off your P's now. There was a loophole in the power to weight ratio act. Everyone im gathering knows about the power to weight law BUT did you know about the capacity to weight? Its says that if the car is over on one (eg. P 2 W) but not the other (C 2 W) you are permitted to drive it! Power to weight was not exceeding 125kw per tonne, capacity to weight was not exceeding 3.5L per tonne. I was pulled over numerous times and everytime I got off including HIGHWAY PATROL! Half of the traffic cops had no idea! Because the turbo is only a 4litre it didnt exceed the capacity to weight. I was insured as well and the vehicle is registered in my name.

Im 21 and live 80kms north of Melbourne, I pay $171 a month (2009 xrt ute) never claimed and with the RACV. Complete replacement within the first two years. Did have a 5dr 2009 fiesta zetec and that was $130 a month!

Turbo diesel are far too expensive to buy AND service. My old man worked at ford for 30yrs so I bought the car with a discount and that's why ive bought the turbo, I got it for drive away price of $31000!!! I get off my P's in 5 months as well. I know full and well I could have bought a six. At the price I got this car it would have cost the same for a standard 6 due to the six thousand dollar incentive ford have on at the moment. But on a lighter note thanks for your opinion.

Hey baigo, buy a new 2009 xr6t, I just bought one (ute) and received a $5000 dollar incentive off the price because of delivery before 31st dec 09.

I need the turbo for towing purposes, I tow a horse float with two horses which weighs around 2 ton. Think that may help?

Hi all, Steve from vic. Just bought an FG XR6 Turbo ute, TODAY. Have to wait a month before delivery! due to car to be built. One minor problem, im only 20 and on my P's and need to find a good excuse for an exemption to drive it. any ideas?
