Yeh they did get a good wrap, and better than some more expensive tyres... going to the drags tonight and running street tyres so will see how they go on the sticky stuff....

Gents, Just got back from Overseas and doing some work on the gold coast. Need to find a good mechanic/tuner to do a full service for me preferably somewhere on the coast. Want to drop and replace all the fluids diff, trans, oil, coolant etc and achange out all the filters. Would be good if they have a dyno so they can give it a run and make sure its still making numbers... Anybody know somewhere on the GC worth trying? Also want to find a good detailer to give the paintwork some love.. again any suggestions would be much appreciated. Give us a wave if you see me around the goldy

Ive got a set on My F6 with 380RWKW and they hang on ok, as well as the stock dunlops I had did anyway... My first choice was a set of goodyear eagle F1's (asym) but none available in the country when I needed them.

Got the brembos on the front... they should pull me up, If I dont sell them I'll slap them on, would just prefer to see the bank balance looking a bit healthier at the moment. Im north side mate, who'd you go with?

Guys, Have a set of brand new 4 pot rear brembos for sale in the classifieds includes, lines, brackets, discs & pads, set up to fit an FG, not sure if they'd fit a BA/BF with the current bracket config.. Funds going to a good cause.. helping me pay for my new cooler, surge, injectors, and exhaust free delivery to anyone in Perth.. Anyone know any good suspension workshops? I have a quote from wilkinson for SSL's and Koni shocks all round. (coilovers front). Doesnt seem like a bad price at a touch over 2k but wondering if anyone has tried somewhere else as it is always good to have another price, plus wilkinsons are booked out until mid next week and like a selfish child I want it NOW! I have been to WA suspensions in Ossy Park but the guy that served me didnt fill me with confidence. Suggestions?

Matt Black is more common but Im a fan of gloss... If you find anyone who can powdercoat let me know. Im thinking of getting my twistys powdercoated gloss black, havent seen it done before but I recon it could look the goods.

Yeh it is bullsh*t, that garage wouldnt fit any reasonably sized car. Im not sure where ellenbrook is but if your ever cruising by and the ute is there stop in and say Hi. Yeh that's me mate, work rented me a house while im over here doing this project. Not too sure about the area but havent had my car stolen yet, garage is so small my ute hangs out 2 feet and I cant shut the door... You somewhere nearby?

My F6 pulled 299.9 RWKW stock... It got a 2nd run (back to back) because it seemed like a mistake and ran 297.1 considering the output should only be 310 FWKW's I was pretty impressed. Explains why it eats cammed commodores on a regular basis....

Are these finally available now? I thought the 9.5's were a myth... where from and how much?

Please do post pics... are you getting your wheels from ozzy park as well? always keen on seeing what offsets work on the rear of the FG's are you running brembos? I have found a few wheels I like on the ute but finding wheels I like that clear big brakes and dont break the bank is tough..

Mate, Those tires will be sh*t hot... I enquired about a set and was told wheels world has exclusive rights. They exe $$$? Would love to see those in the flesh and a set of 295's on the rear of an FG, give me a shout when you have them fitted 245 x 19 is what I have, they seem pretty sticky. Dry grip is all ium worried about, I drive like a grandma in the wet. 300 RWKW + Ute + Rain = Danger

I am having a set of bridgestone Adrenalin's fitted as we speak, wasnt my first pick but there is nothing else available at the moment. Be interested to see how they go. My preferance list was TOYO T1R's but im told they are not making them anymore Goodyear Eagle F1 - these sound like a good tyre and have recieved some favourable write-ups but there where none available on short notice Adrenalins Dunlop Maxx Mitchelin PS2 Conti's and Pirellis are a bit over priced in my opinion.. havent heard anyone raving about these either I'll keep you posted on how the bridgestones hold up, might strip them back a bit on the way home.....

Which kings do you have in the rear? SSL?, that thing is f*cking dumped... Im looking at doing my suspension set up in the next few weeks cant decide how low.
