  2. How many have run them without drama though? hundreds
  3. Very glad to see Karnivool's Themata high up there. Absolutly love that album and still play it through regulary.
  4. Definatly Rapids. One of his newer items that suits coolers that normally use the cast under battery pipe. The cold side comes out of the cooler does a 180 in front of the battery and up to the throttle body. Tight fit in there with a under battery intake but it works and doesnt change shape like the cast pipe. This is pic from homepage of his site which shows how it runs.
  5. New addition Rapidsystems under battery cai and cold side piping. Induction noise and flutter is crazy.
  6. Try contact a few tuners close to you. One is bound to have an old actuator laying around after doing an upgrade on a customers car.
  7. dave then went on to ventilate that block at the track. but it put up a hell of a fight.
  8. Not the best video. Taken from my phone of Kent's Ute doing a powerskid at mackay's drag strip just after puling 800+HP on the dyno.
  9. Still getting errors on Telstra 3g. Sent through a ticket when asked. Nothings changed
  10. Heaps of people run f6 parts without trouble. CAI and direct replacement cooler shouldn't worry the stock tune.
  11. As far as I know the PW kit wasnt available anymore.
  12. Rapidsystems has a kit for this. Currently waiting for mine to arrive..... Piping from intercooler goes under the headlight in front of the battery to the throttle body which leaves the area under the battery free for a CAI. Has a few pics on his site.
  13. Just had look under car, leak has returned. Have to ring Ford tomorrow. Should there be a warranty on them fixing the leak?
  14. Driving style Drag racing frequency Km between servicing are all factors.
  15. was first place I checked. totally dry there. leak was fixed by ford today. cost $316 to put new pan on (I supplied), reuse oil and top off with 1L of genuine fluid ($59.50l). They also flashed latest software onto it. hopefully no more leaks.
  16. getting error #2000 again when trying to browse most sections from teltra 3g. sometimes works when retrying a few times.
  17. Good mate had a un-used spare he is letting me have.
  18. Car sat from Sunday till Friday night. Drove it down road last night to get dinner and no leaks. Drive it today to do some shopping and 10 mins after getting home has a 50cent peice sized pool of fluid. Reckon I have a dodgy gasket that weeps after temp cycles cold-hot-cold-hot a bit. Rang local Ford service and they gave estimate of $320 for a service without pan (which I have got a spare), May book that in next week sometime to get done. Last thing I needed after having most bits for my tune waiting to go. Better safe then sorry though.
  19. Shop would rather get known for knocking back customers then blowing up cars. I know id rather be the same if in that position.
  20. Rapidsystems has a kit to suit the offset Nizpro kits. http://rapidsystems.com.au/index.php?p=1_149
  21. Since working out of town my car has sat for 5 or 6 days at a time. After tightening pan and leaving it sit no leaks. Just took it for drive and have no leaks. Temps as normal.
  22. Heard some have issues with transmax z. Went and got some torx spanners and went over the pan bolts. A few were a bit loose but nothing major. No seeping now. Will take for a longer drive and recheck next weekend.
  23. Will have to look out for this at the mini cruise.
  24. Its a good habit to do the exhaust manifold and turbo bolts, boost solenoid, throttle clean and air filter when doing oil service. I use Nulon oils like alot of members recommended on here and ive had no dramas.
