We have a few American 457 workers. We had 3 on our crew. 1 got told he wasnt going to work here anymore (lazy) and another got sent back to the US within 3 months (lazy and a whinger). They would literally do nothing and if you gave them a job to do you had to tell them step by step how to do it,,, So much for experienced miners. The other 1 we have is a great worker and the company is looking at paying out his contract (currently with a contracting mob). They dont get good pay, No bonuses like us. He also said when they were trying to sell him the job, they only mentioned the good things. Never mentioned the cost of living, how any of their competences dont count here, how expensive rent is. Got to help operate the longwall last week. Awesome to see it going let alone operate the shearer. Hoping to see my permanent paperwork next week. WIN
