  1. There was a dyno day we had that Dave ran the car still on stock bottom end I believe. Made 600rwhp through C4 and stall. Not sure if that was on same tune as what he used to race though.
  2. With a 4inch dump and highflow cat. Ive seen the factory catback support 377kw on FG.
  3. Cleaned interior up. Went for drive out harbour
  4. Dave (blueboost) knew the motor was going to go eventually. But it put up with more then he expected. Even when it blew. It drove back into the pits. Dave was more worried about oiling down the track then the damage he just done to the bottom end. Was awesome car to watch race.
  5. I got a set cheap as on Ebay.
  6. Total pain to do. With mates F6 we had the back jacked way up in the air with the front bar just touching the ground (standard height F6) and it was still no where near close to coming out. Glad B series are easy as. Especially Ute.
  7. Im selling my old kit, Which is exactly what you want. Piping works with standard fitment intercoolers and puts the pod under the battery tray. Its Rapids kit.
  8. Trying to fit the Nizpro cover to my car. Just doesnt seem to fit flush and neat. Getting pissed off with it and considering just putting a NA garnish on instead. Least I know it fits.
  9. I think standard turbo will be out of puff well before you need a different intake.
  10. I just compared it to pics from around the net and ebay and looks the same as other ported ones. Nothing hits, flapper sits flat when closed. Will be sure to test it properly when turbo is off the car. Dont want to get it all together and realise its not working.
  11. It appears to have been done properly. Much larger then stock, nice round shape, no sharp edges. I dont know what a bad one is though. Doesnt have any cracks in the housing so that's good.
  12. Ported housing with larger flapper and 10psi actuator showed up today. Thinking of going a Xforce 4inch dump with 3.5inch system. All stainless. Parts left to acquire. Full exhaust from dump to tip Earls turbo line Surge tank/044 combo Injectors (possibly 60lb Dekas) Washed it today too. Love how it sits. Still unable to get a pic that gives the wheels justice, looks better IRL.
  13. Trav199 had similar mods to what youve got planned. Just a surge tank added to his. Made 377kw. Only drove it for a month till changed out valve springs while changing a noisey lifter.
  14. Which setup? The one with the drycell battery in the same airbox?
  15. Someone is long overdue for thread update..
  16. How about one for the braided lines for the oil feed on turbo? The good quality ones. Id be up for organising one if there is enough interest?
  17. I ran my BF2 with aftermarket cooler, piping and an underbattery intake for ages. AFR's on the dyno were safe as houses. There was nothing left of the stock intercooler setup on my car.
  18. 185867122
  19. That big hose is getting the flick soon.
  20. Got some final fit and hose issues to sort but you get the idea.
  21. Better pics, Ive put the standard coil cover back on for now as I need to find out how to make the nizpro fit better as rear breather fouls on it. Also repainting it as it had some runs and a smudge in the paint from me being impatient lol.
  22. 315kw on 12psi on stock pump. Safe AFRs. When we tried 16psi it was starting to lean off. Tuner said he wouldnt try anymore then the 315kw and to get a pump and or surge. Ill be fitting a 044 and surge soon.
  23. Ive heard a soft tune in the ZF is good. Some dont like the harder shifts. Will see when time comes. 340 is heaps. I dont want to have to do valve springs or strain the box too much. Have to get the power to the ground too.
  24. Yea, Going to sell my old kit to pay for the surge tank. Then get a dump, probably the XR6turbo developments one. And see what injectors Dave recommends, Probably the Dekas. Give it a tickle to 340ish to save the stock motor and ZF. Should be a awesome power curve with new mods.
