I was looking at the SS induction growler a while ago but I've read a few times it's overpriced. The blue power CAIs do look pretty nice. I had a quick look on ebay, but couldn't find any so I might have to contact XFT and see how much they sell them for.

From the sounds of it some of those mods are for a turbo. My car is a non-turbo.

It's a 6 speed auto. I have around $2500 to spend. Can I ask where you got your bodykit from?

I bought mkII BF xr6 at christmas and have finally decided to start doing some modifications. I've been browsing these forums for about 4 months getting ideas on what mods but I'm stuck on what to do first. I've been looking at CAIs, underdrives, and exhaust setups so I'll probably end up going with one of those. I have some cash I need to get rid of, but the problem is I'm really picky. So any advice on what mods to go with first would be appreciated. Thanks, Brendan.

I've been calling around getting quotes for a nice dark, but still legal, tint on my car. I spoke to Peter Garden in Perth and he told me that he uses metallic film instead of tinting. I'd just like to know what the differences are and if theres any reason to get one over the other. His pricing was roughly the same as tint a cars midnight express so pricing isn't really an issue. Also, if anyone wants to recommend someone around Perth that would be good. I've spoken to Tint A Car and Peter Garden, but I'm going to give TKO Tinting a call aswell.

OK, I've spent a bit more time looking and found a few that I like a lot better. I'm thinking black instead of chrome to match the stripes and the tint I'm going to be getting soon. My favourite so far are zenetti kaotiks. I had a look at the gallery on the CSA website and the retro wheels don't look that good on most cars.

I am open to suggestions. This is the first car I've ever bought and I'd rather it not look like a piece of crap

Hey, This is my first post so I'll start by introducing myself. My name is Brendan, I'm from Perth and I recently bought a 2006 BF MKII XR6. I'm looking at getting some new wheels and have my eye on a set of CSA Retro 18s. I'm having a bit of trouble picturing them on my car though and I'm looking for some other opinions on them, or pictures if anyone has them already. I've attached pics of my car and of the wheel.
