Seems to be missfiring to me. The inline fuel filter and fuel pump have been replaced.

Recently through a rod in my xr6 turbo. It is an 04 model I have had since new. The old motor was braking up at about 3500rpm, it was like it was straving of fuel. I think the old motor leaned out and through the rod in cylinder 6. The car is stock and not had any modifications. I had replaced coil packs and spark plugs at 120k. The only problem I have now is the replacement motor is doing the same thing. So now I am wondering is it an issue with the computer. Any help would be great.
