My rant: After breaking another input shaft, I needed to sort something out reasonably quickly as my car is my daily for work.. After a few calls, This company told me they had billet shafts in stock and ready to go.. Decided to purchase their billet input and intermediate shaft to sort the box out... 3 and a half weeks latter we finally received them....??? Was already pissed off about that!!! But it gets better..... After finally receiving everything and putting it all together with new friction discs etc.. And putting it back in, loud noises and something was wrong... After a few phone calls, they were telling Clinton my tuner he had done something wrong.. After pulling everything out and checking everything over again ensuring everything was to spec.. Same issue.. This went on 3 more times, The Company kept telling him he had done something wrong and should send box to them... Clinton, is a perfectionist and has built a number of engine and boxes in his time, so was quite frustrated about the whole thing as he knew everything was set up correctly.. Long story short, the intermediate shaft spline was out by 1-2mm... After another frustrating phone call letting this company know that the fault was of theirs all this time... They promised to send a replacement part overnight.. Next day nothing arrived in the morning and after aother phone call, found they didn't send the correct part required to fix the issue.. This company has cost me so much money and time because of their bullsh*t stories and piss poor customer service.. I'm a pretty easy going person and don't get upset easily.. I know sometimes sh*t happens.. However, these guys were full of it since the beginning.
