  1. I have done both engine and trans cooler on my FG Highly recommend it!! Ben
  2. Being only 3000kms on it, I'd take back to where you bought it..
  3. The only thing that could be a problem that I can see would be the offsets.. Being a 1 piece cast wheel, I don't know if the offsets can be modified.. On a sedan, I think the wheel would stick out a bit at 10 inch with the standard offsets.. Ben
  4. Cheers mate, Do you know many people that have had this done? Thanks Ben
  5. Hey Guys, Done a bit of search on this, however I couldn't find much info about it. I like to keep my car looking stock from the outside and wanted to retain my standard rims. However, although a good set of semi's on the back does help, traction is still a bit of a problem.. I was looking at the option of widening my rear rims to 10inch... What's people's opinions here? Is a good idea or a big no no..?? Cheers Ben

    My New Ute

Sorry to hear that mate... Just make sure you put your standard intake on before going back to Ford.. Have you had your car tuned yet? Can't see them saying no to warranty if you haven't. Ben
  7. I was lucky and got them for $89 each over a year ago now... Both great injectors, I would be happy with either.. Good choice in getting the 1000cc. Ben
  8. Hey mate, I have been running with the Xspurt 1000cc for over a year now.. Idle is perfect and have never had an issue.. Ben
  9. Doesn't look that big... How far off till Clinton gets to play with it again? Ben
  10. Harden up and strap it on! You will love it!!!! It is a very responsive turbo for it size, mine is set up with custom 6BOOST twin gate manifold and I do not find it laggy at all.. I had a modified turbo with the T04z wheel and it was less responsive than my current set up... Even proved that on the dyno... I drive my car everyday and do around 400kms a week. It is a very streetable set up that still puts a smile on my face everytime I drive it.. Roo16 tune on Friday, can't wait for the drive home after that!!! Ben
  11. Well done mate, looks like I have some catching up to do now... When are you back in town, would be great to catch up and check out your ride. Cheers Ben
  12. Yes mate, still standard ZF.. Blew my engine at 15K! Haven't raced it yet and will not till the box is done (company car). It is fine 90% of the time on the street, but does slip pretty bad in the top end at times.. Car makes 490rwkw on pump and 610rwkw on E85. The ZF is not all that expensive to build in conparison to a full conversion. However depends on what you want to do with your car, my car is 90% street driven and is also my company car, so I really wanted to retain the ZF for drivabilty. cheers Ben
  13. Hey Mate, I have the same motor and turbo in my FG that you are looking at. ZF is fine on the pump tune, but it does struggle on the E85 tune. However, I am still running the standard ZF. Will be getting mine built soon. Depending on your driving style and your plans for the car, I think well built ZF should be more than capable. I do know another FG F6 ute that will be getting glide put in it shortly. But he is more focused on a track set up than street. Cheers Ben
  14. That's very good pricing!!! Thanks for organising this for the forum Vevapower, I will be in contact.
  15. I Mick, I thought you used Xspurt injectors with your customers cars? Did you have somes issues, or just picked up distribution of ID? Correct me if I am wrong, but both Xspurts and ID's are modified Bosch injectors, how could any of them be a copy of each other? Keen to hear your feed back as I haven't heard anyone having any issues with the Xspurts, I know more people using these over ID's. Cheers Ben
  16. Love HRE wheels, I have been eyeing off the P40's for a little while now....
  17. Another vote for Clinton here!
  18. A lot of guys on here, including myself, have been having great success with Xspurt injectors. They give great economy, idle and from what I have been told quite easy to tune with. They are more expensive than the Dekka's, however I think they are worth it. Ben
  19. Yes, custom made for Expensive Daewoo drivers....

    Fg F6 610 Rwkw

Thanks mate, I will have to double check with Kyle from 6BOOST what the rear housing was again and get back to you. I have only had a couple of runs on the street with E85, the standard ZF doesn't like the power one bit.. Hopefully that will be fixed in the next couple of months. Ben
