Absolutely horrible, if reports are correct then anyone receiving CPR on scene isn’t in for a good chance. Wishes to all involved. Racing is a catch 22... it’s fun, it’s a thrill, it’s a rush.... but like all dangerous sports there’s a big risk involved when you’re talking high speeds and competitors know this despite the media beet up that will come of it. Hopefully the driver is okay.

Image shack (we’re assuming) is having issues as j@ also hasn’t been able to upload.... the forum limit for us has been reached... so now I’m just going back to pb til hopefully image shack fixes its chit.... would you you like a detailed report on the matter? Friyay started my 4 day weekend and started with a visit to the apple store to get mum a new iPhone and walked out $3500 lighter ... but so far I’m impressed with my new toy...

And that is why we’re paying nearly half a million to build a 4 bed house.... then another 350ish to build a basic 4 bed next door.... because I know exactly how those cheap chitty builders go and I want none of it. We went with the highest quality not the highest price also... I think the highest quote was in excess of 700 for just our house through someone who wasn’t even as high quality going by their existing work. A friend of mine built though Highinbothoms and their pantry wall wasn’t even straight bahahah

You’re probably about spot on with the value.... however not the build to flip thing. Was built in 2014... someone wanted that lifestyle and is now over it or ready to retire and downsize.... and it’s only worth what someone will pay... which won’t crack the 400s unless someone’s wants to be shafted lol

Yeah welcome to SA.... Different pricing than eastern states. Guess everyone’s version of “nice” is different... all I see is laminate bench tops, cheap tiles, and a general crappy level of finish with some well taken photos. land doesn’t mean money you can buy a heap of land for barely anything in the middle of the desert.... to give you an idea it’s 150kms from Adelaide.... that’s bum farrrk no where in Adelaide given the metro area is only a 40km radius from the CBD

Id say over priced tbh. Adelaide housing is mega cheap... that’s a modern built chit hole, built by a cheap as chips building company, in the middle of a hot af desert, ages away from Adelaide, with the insulative qualities of a tin shed and the fixtures, fittings and options of the cheapest place known to man with some half arse solar system added on to try and pretend it’s worth the cash. Wouldnt pay more than 400 for it in a good day let alone at the moment when the market is slowing.

We decided to scam the scammers today. They called me on an open line and we got 18 calls out of them all lasting over 20 mins... pretending to be random retards then sending them down garden paths... funny as feck.... I asked the last guy if he felt good about scamming people... he said yeah coz you dumb aussies fall for it all the time... to which I replied “well today I’ve wasted at least ten of your staffs time and hours of labour so who won?” He told me to fhhhuk off and hung up. I still won the lols we had were amazin I even had one of them decline to scam me as he felt sorry for me... I told him at 72 your vagina gets a bit dry and all I need is a good rogering... he hung up on me after that 40 minute call
