Hey guys im chasing a workshop in sydney that can do my valve springs on a xr6t FG. Most shops are quoting 600 - 700 just for labor. Is this the going rate or can someone else do it cheaper? Cheers

Lol exactly what the boys done at the shop. Put a couple spots to stop the turning and reclamped it

Hey guys I ended up purchasing a 3.5" catback exhaust for my FG. It has a hurricane dump and cat. Problem is where the join is just above the diff, the rear muffler is constantly moving. The exhaust shop tried 4 different clamps but the rear muffler always moves and drops no matter how tight the clamp is. Anyone else have this issue? TIA

Lol yeah im trying to chase up a 2nd hand plaz cooler kit. No one is selling and I don't want to spend 1600 on one. Looking for a 2nd hand build lol. Maybe I'll ask exhaust shops to see if they can make something up

Hey guys I have an aftermarket no brand ic piping kit on my fg xr6t. Now im installing a turbo side plazmaman 4" intake and need a new ic piping piece to clear the intake. Plazmaman want $150 for a raw piece. Is there anywhere in sydney that can make one for cheaper?

Hey guys I have a 2005 BA XR6T MKII in the 4spd Auto. im looking to get around 300kw atw. what are the best mods to do to a stock car in order to get that many kwz. any advice will help, thanks

Hey guys I have a 2005 BA XR6T MKII. my air box is stock, its deep with 2 pipes running to it. one is the round one that sits on top of the radiator and the other is a rectangle one that goes under the light. is this the F6 airbox people are talking about with the good intake or am I completely off track?

a mechanic said that its probably my bearings for the first gear. and the quote was pretty steep. how to people usually go about this problem? and how common is it

Hey guys, I just got an XR6T 4spd auto. The first gear makes a light humming like noise from the gearbox. once it changes into 2nd its fine from there. is this normal or a common problem? any info will help. thanks
