  1. I have been using Mobil 5w-50, I must say it is a good oil though from when it had 264kw to a now 370kw, its has never had outstanding fuel econemy like other cars ive seen. So my new choice is Nulon in my upcoming service.. but cant decide whether to run 10w-40 "hitec fast flow oil" or the 15w-50 street track mix. Has anyone used both?? and can share some experiences with me? Remember I am running 15psi @ 370rwkw, though I can say I dont thrash it too much.

  6. The UBP throws so much more air at the engine, which why they need to add more fuel and adjust the timing. If not you could be pinging, lean bogging etc...
  7. over 310ish rwkw you should have the hotside, it will make it flow smoother especially with boost over 12psi +
  8. Airbox mods are fine with stock tune. I'ts when you go UBP etc, that when you need to re-tune.

  10. I was interested in buying a Rapid V3.0, though I have heard of people having to cut stuff out to make them fit... for me that's a huge no no.. I was also looking at the plazmaman 800hp kit or processwest stage 3. Can anyone tell me from there own experience what actually fits nicely? Didnt want to go the Nizpro as I really dislike the intercooler shape. Thanks!

  13. If your going to run 420kw, then dont waste money on a HDI.. Go for a Plasmaman 1000hp kit or Rapids V4.5
  14. How is the spring/wheel combo? Does it rub much. I though with SSL in the front it would be lower?
  15. Does the AVO intercooler kit come back across the front bumper like a stage 1 process west does?
  16. When I am going to upgrade my intercooler I am also looking at crossover options. What are the stock crossovers rated for? I would like to buy a ProcessWest V2 kit, though I want to run an airbox, I think there isnt much of a need for a CAI for only 320rwkw. Also the AVO turbo kit looks nice which utilising the stock airbox. any input would be appreciated.
  17. I've read about the differences in the BA - BF XR6T motors. Seems like its mainly the rods and valve springs? I have a BF MK1 6T, so I'm just wondering what the internal diffence is compared to the BA and BF MK II ?? Im looking to push around 330rwkw with lowest boost possible (maximum 14psi). Thanks...

  21. Ok I am going to try and push 320rwkw + on my next tune with supporting mods (good intercooler injecters etc) Now all that is confusing me is my exhaust set up. I'm currently running a twin 2.5" Manta cat back system, it has two mufflers in it, will that restrict me? Also I am buying a 4" dump and a 100CPSI high flow cat, so all that is left is my Y peice pipe between the cat and the begininng of the catback system.. seems strange the catback doesnt go from the "cat back" What can the stock Y pipe handle? should I change it as its only 2x 2.25"
