I went to ftg auto salvage today, there was a guy working on a gq comp truck out the front but he informed me they werent open weekends. What wrecker isnt open weekends? I work the hours there open during the week. I was chasing a xt boot lid and I was gonna see how much theyd wanna rip me for a xr8 bonnet with minor damage.

I just looked on oze parts they have carbon fibre xr8 bonnets for 935. if you like the carbon look there ready to go on.

Yeah replicating orange peel and transperant paint is real tough mate. We have resprayed close to 30 brand new 1series BMW's due to poor factory finishes. The aim of the game is to repair and paint like you can't tell.

Your a bit of a moron but not far from right. I wouldnt trust most panel shops with my wheel barrow to be honest. I work for Charlie Battisti & co and well the amount of re works we get from other panel shops is funny to say the least. For people who know we only do high end, so our customers expect the best of the best.

test drove a ba xr6 t and the auto was very snappy with its gear changes, ive only ever owned commodores and it felt like it had a shift kit but the owner assures me its all stock. it doesnt slip and doesnt hesitate to change. is this what there like its the only one ive ever driven, ive been in one before with a shift kit an it was similar.

this thread answered all my qeustions lol I was curious after seeing them on ebay wondering how good they could be for the price.
