I had the same problem with mine after using a CAPA flash (X3)unit. The Capa unit will not clear that code as its with the auto tran module, not the engine ECU. I have a Scan Tool which checks, erases and lists ALL codes as well veiwing live data. If your in the Eastern Suburbs of Melb. I can erase the code for you no problem. Cheers Peter 0418 338 005

I have managed to find the paint name and code for anyone that may need it for touch ups, Paint name is.... Mid/Argent, factory code is... 6ACH Preston Motors Dandenong is where I had it mixed into a touch up bottle, Details of the paint from them are... 534 Cobra BCM, Col Ref:7LNFB Cost $8.80 Hope this helps if anyone needs some. I have a BF Mk11 F6 in EGO. I know the paint code for the main panels, bumpers are(EG) But I need the code for the Front & Rear FPV inserts around the wire mesh. I have tried a couple of Ford dealers, they either don't know or don't know how to find out... One dealer in Melb. told me it was a PPG colour AFO.0006 Also tried paint suppliers with that number but not much luck. I was able to get the code and name for a GT (2LKLB Bare Metal Mica) but the inserts on a GT are lighter in colour than an F6... Any ideas? Hope someone out there can help with this... Has anyone had an issue with there Traction control on a BF Mk11 F6 auto? Had a CAPA 98 octane tune on it via a X3, but flashed back to stock now. Mine is only too happy to spin the rear tyres with the traction control on, the light does come on but does not flash (should it?)and stop wheel spin... I find that soon after if I check the DTC codes, it has logged code, U0100 (Lost Communication ECU/PCM A) Both with stock tune or CAPA tune.. It will not bring on any engine check light and does not drive any differently, but I'm sure it shouldn't do it.. I can clear the code OK with one of several devices I have, but seems to come back if the road is wet and the car breaks traction for a short period, (more so with the CAPA tune on). Hi guys, Got a '08' BF Mk11 F6 Typhoon, stock apart from a K&N filter. Going to get a custom tune only, what sort of 'Kw' gains could I expect to see? I have a Pocess West Stage 1 intercooler but not fitted yet... Worth fitting before the tune or just sell it ?? I'm not looking for any big 'Kw' numbers just a bit better than stock. Thanks for that, I do believe standard boost for a F6 is 8psi.. (Not 100% sure on that) which makes the gauges read a bit over half.. Just wanted to know how much "psi" it would be at the top end of the gauge.. Peter..

Hi Guys, I'm new here as is my car.. I've got a '08' Plated BF Mk2 F6 Typhoon (Ego in Colour) Having just got sold my WRX which I had a Boost gauge, now have the F6 with the standard boost gauge on the dash. I'm wondering about how much in 'psi' do these gauges read? Would appreciate any info. Thank guys Peter..
